Scope of work:
This project was a renovation of 6,200sf of existing lab space. Two new roof top AHU were installed to service the space including 10 VAV fume hoods, instrumentation lab, mass spec. room, chemical storage, tissue culture room, warm room, seminar room, professor and admin. offices, and refurbish lab benches and 26 researcher workspaces.
