Scope of work:
This renovation of an existing 2,560sf lab consisted of constructing an equipment room, instrumentation room, machine shop, mechanical closet and two new optical labs requiring sensitive climate control. The existing chemistry lab was retrofited with a new laminar flow hood and bio-safety hood. Existing restrooms were relocated as part of this project.
