Scope of work:
Retrofit an existing chemistry lab to include six new VAV fume hoods, glove box room, instrumentation rooms, professor's office, and workstations for 12 research students. Refurbished the existing lab benches and installed new plumbing fixtures. Installed new lighting and finishes.
